1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites bloominbag.com and us.bloominbag.com (collectively, the "Site"), operated by BloominBag US /
Cosinity LLC ("we," "our," or "us").
1.2 By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.
1.3 We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the
“Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products & Orders
2.1 All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel transactions at our discretion.
2.2 Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible; however, minor variations may occur. Colors may appear differently depending on your device screen.
2.3 Orders are only considered accepted once you receive an email confirmation. We may cancel or
refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, errors in product listing, or force majeure circumstances.
3. Duties, Taxes & Compliance
3.1 For orders shipped within the United States, applicable state sales tax will be applied at checkout.
3.2 For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply. These are
the responsibility of the consignee/customer. Customs rules vary by country; please contact your local customs office before placing an order.
3.3 We cannot guarantee shipments will not be subject to customs inspections or delays. BloominBag is not responsible for additional costs or delays caused by customs processes.
4. Order Cancellation
4.1 Orders can be canceled as soon as possible time of being placed by contacting us at hello@bloominbag.com with your order number and “Order Cancellation” in the subject line.
4.2 Once orders are processed for shipment, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Return & Refund Policy
5.1 Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on eligibility, timeframes, and procedures for returns.
Cosinity LLC / BloominBag US5.2 Returns initiated outside the conditions stated in our policy will not be accepted.
5.3 Refunds will only be issued once the product is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet our return requirements.
6. Shipping
6.1 Shipping times and costs are provided during checkout. While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to carrier or customs issues beyond our control.
6.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Re-shipment costs due to incorrect addresses will be charged to the customer.

7. Warranty & Product Guarantee
7.1 We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
7.2 This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, stains)
• Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
• Damage caused by airlines or third-party carriers
7.3 If you believe your product has a defect, please contact hello@bloominbag.com with proof of purchase and photos/videos of the issue.
8. Payments & Billing
8.1 Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, or other approved gateways).
8.2 By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
8.3 We are not responsible for fees applied by your card issuer, bank, or payment provider.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, BloominBag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
9.2 Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.
10. Governing Law
Cosinity LLC / BloominBag US10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California, USA.
