We aim to process and ship your BloominBag orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the information below for our shipping practices.
1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods (holiday seasons, sales, new releases), processing times may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship across the United States and offer the following shipping options:

Expedited (USPS Priority Mail) 2–3 business days Calculated at checkout
Free Shipping 3–7 business days (Standard only) Free on orders over $100
Shipping carrier may vary depending on destination and package size.
Leather items ship from Istanbul warehouse. Mixed orders may ship in separate packages.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your package.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
4. Shipping Restrictions
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time
• We are currently only shipping within the United States

If your location is not listed during checkout, feel free to contact us for support.
5. Delays & Lost Packages
Cosinity LLC / BloominBag US• Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs (for international orders in the future).
• If your package appears lost, delayed, or stuck in transit, please reach out to
info@bloominbag.com and we will assist in filing a claim.
6. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged or opened:
• Take clear photos of the box and contents immediately
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@bloominbag.com with your order number and photos
We will evaluate and offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
7. Order Changes & Address Corrections
If you need to update your shipping address:
• Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order
• Once the order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to change it
BloominBag is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
