We hope you love your BloominBag purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
1. Return Eligibility
Our Standard Returns Policy gives you 28 days to return your item for free. You will need to create your return on Returnly. Any item/s returned to us will be credited back to the original payment method at the price paid, excluding the delivery charge.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• All tags and labels must be intact and attached
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including:
o Inner paper stuffing
o Protective covers on hardware (if applicable)
o Plastic delivery polybag
o Original invoice or packing slip
• The item must not be folded, bent, or compressed when repacked
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
• Personalized, monogrammed, or made-to-order items
• Sale items marked “Final Sale”
• Items returned used, worn, or with missing packaging or labels
• Products damaged due to improper repackaging
3. How to Start a Return

Include:
• Your full name and order number

• Clear photo(s) if the item is defective or damaged
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and shipping address.
Please do not send returns without prior approval.
4. Return Shipping Address
Once your return is approved, please send your package to:

Please make sure the item is securely packaged and include your return authorization inside the parcel.
We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service.
5. Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method
• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear
• You will receive confirmation once the refund is issued
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different product or variant, please return your item and place a new order.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at
info@bloominbag.us.
Include:
Cosinity LLC / BloominBag US• Order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• Short description of the issue
We’ll offer a replacement or full refund depending on availability.
9. Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased a BloominBag item from a third-party retailer (e.g., Amazon, department stores, marketplaces), please contact the original seller directly.
We only process returns for items purchased directly through www.us.bloominbag.com
