What is your order delivery process?
Orders placed via BloominBag.com are shipped within 2 business days. What are your return conditions?
The product you wish to return must be unused and undamaged. If the returned product is deformed and cannot be resold, a refund will not be provided. How Should I Care for My Bag?
The cleaning instructions for our bags are on our kraft product cards. We recommend wiping gently with a damp cloth, without pressing too hard on the fabric.
How is the fabric quality of your bags?
